Photographs © Ian Collard & Adrian Sweeney 2012

Saga Cruises SAGA PEARL II seen at Liverpool on April 16, 2012 whilst operating her "Titanic Remembered" Cruise from Southampton departing April 12 calling at Belfast, Liverpool, Cóbh, Falmouth, Cherbourg and St. Peter Port and returning to Southampton on April 22, 2012. For many years SAGA PEARL II was operated by Transocean as the ASTORIA before being sold to Saga cruises in 2009. She was then extensively refitted at Swansea Dry Docks before entering service in 2010 as SAGA PEARL II. During May 2012 she is due to be renamed QUEST FOR ADVENTURE.

SAGA PEARL did not sail for Cóbh at 23:00 April 16 due to adverse weather conditions. Departure was revised to sometime on Wednesday April 18 with arrival at Cóbh now shown on the Port of Cork web site as being April 19.
