SNAEFELL is seen arriving at
Fleetwood on Saturday June 20, 2009. This was the first of two
special excursions to and from Fleetwood arranged for the 2009
season. However, rumours are circulating that in 2010 only BEN-MY-CHREE
and MANANNAN will operate thus spelling the end of the popular
Fleetwood excursions once again. However, no official announcement
had been made by mid June except to confirm that the future of
SNAEFELL and the Irish services remain under review. |
