Manannan Prepares for an Unexpected Winter Outing

Photographs  John H. Luxton 2014

Though there was no one to be seen the number of cars parked around MANANNAN on Saturday January 11, 2014 were suggestive of the activity on board to prepare the vessel for an unexpected return to service during the winter.

MANANNAN is due to operate between January 17 to 20, and February 08 to 10, 2013. This is to permit the dry docking of BEN-MY-CHREE to remove, repair, and replace, a damaged fin stabilizer damaged during the December storms.
