Carnival Corporation Princess Cruises Division's CROWN PRINCESS [113,651grt] became the largest passenger vessel to berth at the Liverpool Cruise Terminal when she made the first of four calls scheduled for 2009 on June 29, 2009.

CROWN PRINCESS was ordered from Fincantieri in 2003 and delivered in 2006. She can carry a maximum of 3599 passengers. She arrived on the Mersey around 06:00 and departed at 19:00
