Caledonian MacBrayne's ISLE OF ARRAN arrives on Merseyside on Tuesday March 31, 2009 for repairs. She berthed initially in the West Float near Duke Street Bridge, Birkenhead.

The vessel struck rocks around 14:50 on March 29 shortly after departing Oban with a sailing to Colonsay witnesses suggested that ISLE OF ARRAN passed the wrong side of a navigational buoy.
