Fast fleet tanker RFA WAVE RULER arrived on Merseyside on
Tuesday November 20 after several days out in the Irish Sea on "military
operations" according to AIS. On arrival she was taken to West Langton before
being moved over to Cammell Laird #5 dry dock later in the week and being joined
in the same dock by the Isle of Man Steam Packet Company's SEA EXPRESS I
