Light Tenders Gather at Douglas

History was probably made at Douglas over the weekend of August 19 - 21, 2005 with the gathering of the lighthouse tenders of the three lighthouse authorities through which Isle of Man Steam Packet Company ships sail. GRANUAILE - Commissioners of Irish Lights, PHAROS - Northern Lighthouse Board and PATRICIA - Trinity House. The vessels were in port as part of the Steam Packet 175 Celebrations.
