Karycraft on the Haulbowline Naval Base Ferry Service

Passenger ferry KARYCRAFT is currently operating on a bareboat charter to the Irish Naval Service to provide the private ferry service between Cóbh and the Haulbowline Naval Base in Cork Harbour. The Naval Service's own vessel DAVID F has been out of service for some time following the discovery of defected several years ago. KARYCRAFT has been used as a passenger ferry on routes to Clear Island off south west Cork. Photographed on August 27, 2013.
