Installing an on River Berth at Cammell Laird

This series of photographs shows work underway to install a river berth and mooring at Cammell Laird to serve the offshore windfarm service vessels. WHALSA LASS was working on one of the pontoon structures on February 24, 2013 whilst on February 26 LARA 1 was placing the first walkway section into position.
On Sunday March 17 work continued with the landing stage section of the berth being secured in place with a variety of vessels including VIXEN and WHALSA LASS involved in the work.

On March 18 LARA I (ex MERSEY MAMMOTH) delivered further sections of footway to the site - she is seen here sailing up river to Cammell Laird.
