The Association of Dunkirk Little Ships' steam tug CHALLENGE moving out of the Albert Dock into Canning Half Tide Basin. Challenge had been expected to depart on the afternoon tide. However, she remained in Canning Half Tide near the river gate. She had arrived on the Mersey on June 14, to take part in the 2004 Mersey River Festival.
